Happy Monday!
Relishing all of this gorgeous harvest to inspire so many meals including this grilled veggie platter. All but the carrots were grown at FBCG including a favorite, Rosa Bianca eggplant. All so so flavorful that it does not really need any sauce. Hope you are just as inspired to cook what you grow!
Y’all, we have some serious master gardeners who are also master engineers AND master architects as well here at Festival Beach Community Garden! Always so inspiring to chat with them to gain some garden tips as they also generously share some of what they harvest if you are lucky. Growing human relationships are an added bonus of joining a community garden. Lucky to grow here!
